Can you imagine if Togashi's series got away with being rebooted 3 times though, lol.


How popular is the anime in Japan? It doesn't seem all that popular on Crunchyroll but the manga is pretty damn popular, can't see why people wouldn't like the anime over there.

Surely it's at least as popular as Fairy Tail.

I think it would be a great time to take a break, and let Kuroko no Basuke S3 run. I heard there wasn't much material left for KnB, so about 10-15 episodes should air, and then Hunter x Hunter back. Togashi should really pull himself together and release chapter every other week. I heard he didn't release a chapter this week.

If the series were to reboot, I would like them to quickly go through chapters. Like 10 chapters per episode, or I won't forgive them.

Dammit Togashi one of the best anime's going just keep doing the god damn manga >.> it has to get finished one day.
I mean it would suck if he rushed it sure but he had like a 2-3 year hiatus or something surely he thought enough about what happens in the current arc to...y'know, do it.

He's been taking a one week break after every 4 chapters or so. This actually isn't a bad thing. Usually when he comes back he releases chapters every week before abruptly leaving. Back before he took the long hiatus' he would take one week breaks every now and then. If he's going back to that schedule I'll be pretty happy with it.

Reckon he cares about us anime fans a little so is trying harder?

I should hope so...


I still think it should stop and go for a season 2 though it's bound to catch up sooner or later, no need to add in any filler arcs for a relatively filler-less anime.

Though if it's not the Naruto team doing the filler maybe it could be decent...

I know the outcome of that fight BUT DAMN FINALLY SOME HISOKA ACTION.


That part with Illumi was awesome, he clearly loves Killua an unreasonable amount. Plus the lols.
Loved the scene with Hisoka referring to some of the characters as toys, he's just such a shady dude.

I love this inner mission thing, the Zoldycks are a strange bunch.


Tsubone keeping up with Killua's Denko Sekka is nuts, she must be ridiculously strong like almost Zeno level even.
Or perhaps Illumi is even stronger it's hard to tell how the Zoldyck power chart goes.

 I just love how he can tell people exactly how his ability works and it just doesn't even matter since he's so powerful anyway.

Hopefully we get to learn any conditions he might have to it, or perhaps he really is just so strong that he doesn't need any.
He never told Kastro so it's not that he has to explain it the same way Genthru did either.


Transmuters are so OP.

Didn't Killua state that he need to save energy? I think he only used Denko Sekka in short bursts there. I think that's just how he runs with it more like jumping I guess he did the same when he was racing to Gon, so that must be his fastest speed.

When he was racing to Gon, he was flying. I remember the scene where he flew over the people who Pouf put under his wing thingy. He also wanted to conserve energy because he knew he was going against someone very powerful.

Nope, he was conserving energy, so he used Speed of Lightning in short bursts. Whenever he takes the Denko Sekka step, he instantly disappears, only for Tsubone to appear after a while.

Youpi couldn't react because he was put up against Whirlwind. Pouf was trying to race him, and that's stupid of him.

She's pretty fast not gonna lie, but she's absolutely not going to keep up with an all out Killua in a running contest.

It never showed us any limitation, so if it hit someone strong, he will be a tough puppet.

I think normal civilians get enhanced with Illumi's aura, otherwise only a single hunter would be needed to dispatch all of them.
