 I find it bothersome sometimes how it goes over the top with the emotional exposition. Sometimes they get it right and it's spine tingling but more often than not it tries too hard and becomes quite farcical. I think that might be why some people don't like it very much.

This episode was too long because of all that. The plot could have been moved forward in five minutes. Instead they spent pretty much the whole episode exploring Pouf's feelings.

Yeah I see what you mean but I enjoy it, I think it's probably dragged out more than necessary so that they can keep making it.

It's better than having the story spoiled by some lame filler arc.


They probably just overestimate how many people are invested in the emotional parts of the story, I'm sure most people on the likes of Crunchyroll come from things like Naruto or Bleach and expect near constant fighting.


I'd like to see some sort of time skip, like a couple of months where it shows how some Chimera Ants got integrated in to society after this arc. More importantly what's become of the baby the Queen had.

Didn't get to watch the episode till now, but it was good. Not like the previous episode, but I liked it. It has been going on the last four episodes. Episode 131 was good. Episode 132 was decent. Episode 133 was cool. This episode is decent.

I think they could wrap it all by Episode 137 with the Chimera Ants. With the stuff that's going with Gon/Killua, it'd take to episode 140 with their habit of dragging on the episode.

 I love just how truly perfect a being he became.

Besides the poison it's ironic that humanity gave him that last push in to being perfect but that last push also kills him...presumably, Pouf is going to die but maybe Meruem won't.

I can see him surviving the poison and just living with Komugi, that would be a cool way for a villain to go he's not become a good guy, been killed or locked away he just stops.

Episodes are out every Tuesday at either 7 or 8pm GMT, slightly earlier on illegal sites I think.

 İ rate the series at 8 for now. İts a great anime and İ hope it doesn't end. İm so used to watch this series , like watching 8 episodes everyday or even more!

But at least it's consistently good.

I hope Togashi continues it to the point where it's as long as Naruto, Bleach or maybe even One Piece because there's so much he could do with it.

Can't wait to see The Last Mission.

Well, there's so many things to do after the Chimera Ant Arc.

-Killua's family
-Heavens Arena Floor Masters
-Ging Freecs
-Phantom Troupe and Kurapika
-Leorio
-Chrollo and Hisoka

And whatever Togashi makes up for the next arc.

 The Devils Sonata too or whatever it was, the thing that Melody was looking for in the Yorknew arc.


Not sure they'll go back to the arena it would be cool though but it looks like it's in The Last Mission on fire, and I think TLM is supposed to be canon.

 Supposedly, I'm not convinced though we still need to see Morel and Shoot and...wow nobody died this arc, unless Shoot does but I doubt it. Plus Meruem meeting Komugi and whatever interaction he has with Palm and Ikalgo.

I suspect Pouf will do one last evil thing before the poison kills him too.

 Oh yeah, Bizeff. IIRC he's leading them to some sort of "treasure" I wonder if that will be relevant to anything or if he'll just get killed when there's no treasure, or maybe they'll reach Palm and Ikalgo before Meruem.

Can't see the point though she'd be easy pickings for Palm, maybe she will kill Ikalgo though surely they're not all surviving this...
Plus can't see what his place in the world would be afterwards.
