We know nothing about General Blue, plus I doubt he could catch up to Raditz.

So Raditz wins with ease.

Who wins?
We'll just say that Raditz is gay (why not) and he General Blue realize that, they were both really kinda weak villains that were quickly and massively overshadowed. They then get together and live happily ever after in the non-Hell that exists in GTverse.

So yeah, no fight, if Raditz is gay. But we don't if he is, so.
Also we don't know if General Blue is attracted to adults either so...

...yeah whatever.

If not I'm sure General Blue>Mr. Satan (he took a hard hit from Omega Shenron, how could can he not be powerful amirite?)>Perfect Cell>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Raditz

Jokes aside, who knows?

You gotta remember, General Blue is a human. How big can his gains be considered to Raditz's?

I don't think General Blue ever surpassed a humans natural limitations. Raditz would probably stomp IMO.

Chapter: Chapter 77, P.1.2-3
Context: After Kuririn and Blue fight for awhile.
Kuririn: “Urgh... He’s super strong... What amazing strength!”
Blue: “Ho ho ho! Big mouth but nothing in the arms, huh?!”

Chapter: Chapter 80, P.9.1
Context: More seriously, Kame-sennin admits Blue is quite an adversary.
Kame-sennin: “This opponent is a tough one... I couldn’t even sense his presence... Besides, he tied us up in a way that the rope actually tightens when you try to free yourself!!”

He easily defeated Post-21st Budokai Tenkaichi Krillin, and BoDB Krillin was already over human limits. He was stated to be a tough opponent, and a smart one by Roshi. If Blue really trained, there would be a pretty good chance that he surpassed Raditz, so I give it to him. Also, don't forget about his technique.

First off, Gen. Blue has a large gap to fulfill.
Second, as a human he shouldn't be able to make gains like that.

I really don't see him making it to Raditz.

The Z humans did? By Buu arc Tien and Krillin would kill frizea with one hit while Yamcha would rival him since hes the slacker. In Namek Yamha and Tien took out Recoome,Buter and Jecie who Vegeta at the time didn’t stand a chance against. In the Andriod arc Humans > Base saiyans. The humans can get as massive gains as the Saiyans or Namakains .

But Gen. Blue?

I mean, I don't even think he could use ki besides the Skewer attack or whatever. And, I dunno if that attack works that way. Blue ain't like the humans that made it big in DB.

There is no way that Blue can catch up to Raditz let alone Chi Chi's level,

We know Blue is Super human , but doesn't make him increasing so much

A human who can use attack what is not ordinair is Super Human.

Mr.Satan is a human. Can't do any shet what a regular human like us can't do.

Blue can use psychic abilities. Thats not ordinair bruh.

You know what..

Roshi said the Martial Artist at the Budokais were not not ordinair. I guess Blue would fit in the category, my mistake.
