How does Power and Speed interact with each other when it comes to a fighter's BP?

Well .. Battle Power is something where Power\Strength is taken into considerations , mostly ...

take the Example of Scouters : Its shows ones power and not speed ....
Its generally understood that Power is Proportional to speed .
So someone with a BP 18000 [Cui] must have a Speed which is suited for that BP .......

Exception : USSj and Power Weighted Perfect Cell
They increase their Power at the Cost of Speed ..........
Lets say ASSj Trunks as a BP of 10 million ... he has the speed which is suitable for that BP
But when he goes USSj .. his BP shows 16 million [say] ... but he does not have the speed Suitable for that BP ..........

I believe speed corresponds with power. the more powerful you become, the faster you get. This is does not count USSJ Trunks of course, but DSB explained that already.

So does that mean ki enhances their speed when their power increases? That could also work for a stronger fighter being able read movement better and better; Ki enhancing their senses as well.

Yes of course ....
Remember when Frieza went 50% against Goku ? Goku almost couldnt see him

and u cant expect Frieza to Read SPC's Movement as good as SSj2 Gohan can

Right.

So, ki is the answer to everything about a fighter and his natural abilities. Getting upgraded at that.

Battle power takes into account Ki and physical abilities:
Ki is made by Genki (energy), Yuki (courage) and Shoki (mind);
physical abilties are speed, power/physical strength and stamina.

Battle power is a combination of all these factors.

Never argue with ignorant people, because they drag you down to their level and then they beat you with experience
