Ninjajp/Slayerslice appeal	In that case base Goten=base Gohan, and base Goten is about 60-70% of base Vegeta, meaning Pui Pui is definitely way below base Goten (seeing as Vegeta blasted Pui Pui to non-existence with one not particularly strenuous attack, so Pui Pui is clearly less than 50% of Vegeta). and then there's Android 18 and base kids which I'm not even gonna think about at 4am
