In the Freeza saga, Piccolo is at around 1.3 millionish. The Kami boost and the moderate amount of training he had I don't think could break 100% Freeza's 100-120 million PL.

Garlic arc just was filler meant to show the main Z cast ~ Gohan, Krillin, Vegeta, and Piccolo had gotten stronger and trained while Goku was gone as well as explain that most the PTO would be defunct aside from Friezas pops

Posts: 790 Group: Member Member #5,932 Joined: March 30, 2011	I only see the merger with Kami giving Piccolo a 2-3x boost. He was marginally below Vegeta, who was able to keep up with Android 18. The merger seemed to maybe double or triple his power, which makes sense since Kami is his other half. I'd give it to Frieza no doubt.
