Buff Cell Vs SPC

 Buff Cell gets kicked proceeds to turn into Semi Perfect tries to blow him self up is teleported to some other planet and blows up becomes SPC and have a never ending battle.

Buff Cell isn't higher than SPC , no way.
How come?

If you think about it Buff Cell is like USSJ basically SSJ2 without speed so he should be below Gohan but not by much. It was clear though SSJ2 Kid Gohan > SPC by a good amount.
The fact that SSJ2 >> USSJ.

So it doesn't matter..
USSJ is the same as SSJ2 but lacks speed its the most logical assumption.
No. It is never stated to be at SSJ2 tier. Its a wrong way to ascend to a new level.
It was said by one of the characters Gohan power increased greatly without speed loss they were comparing it to USSJ.
Trunks: "He did it, he increased his power without changing his speed" More or less what he says.

Now find that same Dub line in the manga. There is never a comparison made between SSj2 and USSJ.

They're two completely different from with SSj2 having vaster improvements from speed, power, endurance, whatever you may want.

If Buff cell has the same mutlipler as Ussj then he would have more power then SPC but his durability has shown otherwise

 Cell's durability wouldn't have been lowered, in fact the sheer increase in muscle mass would have greatly increased Cell's durability itself. Yet one kick to the face was all it took to nearly take Buff Cell out.
