I think he needs at least a year at the rosat to surpass Mystic Gohan because Goten and Trunks already has MSSJ (they can transform without a problem).

Of course, Gohan's a lot more than a bit stronger than him, but given that I find it tough to place Gohan any higher than the level necessary to just be able to effortlessly lolpwn Super Boo, not to mention that Gohan being like 2x+ stronger than Gotenks or something is an impossibility because of Gotenks-Boo.
