He only needs to increase roughly ~1.8x a year, I believe. No idea as I've yet to scale GT (this kinda thing is purely based on power-scaling, honestly), but sure, why not? Favourite Manga Dragon Ball, Naruto, and Bleach	I'm curious, aside from the ledgic, Mutchi, Luud, moma fight, I don't see how goku make a jump that high to be able to state that someone more powerful than buu has appeared and be smiling at his statement. the Luis fight is what probably brung goku up to surpassing buu, but then again during his fight with the sigma force, goku held back power to rival theirs, and according to them once goku increased his power they noted it was 3x on what data they had, in including his ssj and fight with luud. there is something to wrap your brains around.

Lets say base Goku Buu arc power is 10 now goten and Trunks 4 and 5 Gotenks (4+4)100=800 ssj 80010=8000 ssj2 80002=16000 ssj3=16000*4=64000 He is equal to initial super buu so Super buu power is 64 000 in that case they are equal(I mean GT ssj3 Goku and Initial super buu) .
