I just find it hard to believe that he got over a 400x increase during the gap between Z and GT.

I find it hard to believe that he would gain all of that power in space in that short time. I think he started off as Buutenks, but the time he got to Rildo; he was indeed passed that point.

At the end of Z, Goku was not quite Kid Buu level yet. I have a 400x gap between Kid and Super, which means Goku has about the same gap. I honestly don't think the in 10 years, Goku could increase that much. That would be a 40x increase every year. I almost know that this is impossible because when Goku trained in the RoSaT for a year, he didn't even come close to getting a 40x increase, otherwise he would have already surpassed his SSJ 3 self in power. We also know that RoSaT training > Earth training, so I have no clue how he managed to gain so much.

But as for the Blackstar Dragonballs saga, I think that Goku gained quite a bit of power from the battle against Luud, and maybe even from the battle with Ledgic.

I think those little periods of time and battles was enough for him to get a little over Buuhan starting at Buutenks. I mean, it's reasonable.

Chrome Favourite Manga Seven Deadly Sins, Food Wars, Onepunch-Man	@ SS2 - Watabout the difference between Buu Saga Goku and EoZ Goku? I'd have EoZ Goku over 400x stronger than his Buu Saga self. The difference between GT and EoZ can be pretty massive.
