When warriors train throughout the series how much on average of power do they use to train, spar, lift(on some occasions), and all other training workouts we've seen throughout the whole series? Are they relaxed? Are they like using match use BP? All out for best results? Or what? |

I don't think they are relaxed, but I don't think they are going all out. Especially when training with someone weaker than them. I think they go about 70% when training hard. They could go all out if they were training with equal training partners though. |

If A is stronger than B: Pretty much Fighter A will be Holding Back on Fighter B to spar evenly; While B may be going All Out to do the same. If A and B are even: Then of course they would either both use Match Use power to be on each other's level or strictly go All Out on each other at Full Powerr for the best results. |

They relax/go match use when their opponent appears to be well below them, and they go all-out when their opponent is a rival, I'd say. Edited by Kyouks, Jan 20 2013, 10:05 PM.

Take Goku and Uub for example. Was Goku going full power? Doesn't Goku make claims in the beginning of GT that he was equally matched? | |

Ok, I can see that. If a fighter is strong enough where he doesn't really have to do anything, then he can remain relaxed when the weaker opponent would have to try more. That is if a huge gap is between them. |

I don't think they go all out or something like that close , otherwise the Earth would be gone if they all train every day. I think they train relaxed.. |

I would assume that being at a particular power wouldn't matter as much as how much effort is put into training and for how long. They've weight trained; they've meditated, they've done routine physical exercises under high gravity... (power realized/remaining dormant power) ...... training 1 - very little rest between intervals, if any. Power realized is significant, but overall power barely grows at all. (3/10) .......... → (6/11) ........... → (12/12) ............ → (required rest) .... → .... → .... → (12/16) ................ → (16/16) ................ training 2 - periodic rests between intervals. Realizes potential gradually, but promotes overall growth. (3/10) .......... → (5/11) ........... → ... → (5/13) ............. → (10/13) ............. → ... → ... → (10/20) .................... → (16/20) .................... |
