Never said Vegetto got a 10x Rage boost LOL. He gets to use 10% of his SSJ Power.
Only gohan and gotenks get rage boost.

 For me 10% of Vegetto's SSJ power is exactly the same as his Base Power. Is that stacked on top of his Base Power or sutin?

I kinda think Vegetto might actually lose here... Dunno to who though. Rage boosts confuse dahek out of me.

To make it similar I was Giving gohan the same boost as he had on Cell.

But the 10% means that Vegetto is able to only use 10% of his SSJ power if need be. To make it simpler he can turn SSJ but only use 10% of his SSJ Power.

 I'm not sure about this one. I personally like Base Vegetto~Ultimate Gohan. All we know is that he couldn't beat Buuhan in base, so he's somewhere between 1-2x Ultimate Gohan. That 10% SSJ makes it really complicated though. I think that would at least be a 4-5x power increase, which means he stomps everyone, although SSJ3 Gogeta is easily the strongest among the others. He's probably 5-6x Gotenks (when comparing the same forms SSJ2 Gogeta<~SSJ3 Gotenks).

I use a 10x multiplier. 10% of that would be a 1x multiplier :lol:

I also don't personally think Gohan got a rage boost against cell. I think he used up his rage juice going SSJ2.

Meh, I'd just say he looses to an U. Gohan with Rage Boost.

 I have it SSj3 Gogeta > Vegetto (Base) > Ultimate Gohan.

Vegetto (base) is below Ultimate Boo, but, ahead of Semi-Ultimate Boo (Gotenks absorbed). MSSj Gogeta is below Semi-Ultimate Boo by a significant amount but higher than Super Boo and lower than Ultimate Gohan. Gogeta, with the SSj3 boost, I think should be ahead of Vegetto and in between him in base and Ultimate Boo. It's close, I could be wrong, but, this is all analyzation of the Boo saga and Janemba movie I did a few years back and did research on.

 I disagree. I think Vegetto was below Ultimate Boo and that's why he transformed right away. Remember, even though MSSj Vegetto was utterly wrecking Boo, we have seen there only needs to be around a 15% power difference for a fight to be completely one-sided.

I suppose you could argue that Boohan knew how much the SSJ transformation amplified a person and, as a result, was surprised at a predicted SSJ Vegetto, rather than Base Vegetto, but I dunno.

 Doubt it. Boohan puts goes :o and a "!" pops up near his head right after Goku and Vegeta merge in a blinding light. We don't even get to see Vegetto until right after that; all quite sudden. Given that, the sudden surprised reaction to a power having suddenly appeared, it makes me doubt whether or not Boohan has the time to consider transformations before deciding to put on his "O" face...you don't really get to think for sudden shocks like that, y'know.

It's just Vegetto forming, Boohan going "Woah WTF"; that's it, really.

 I put little stock in that. Freeza went "Oh!" too when a Kaioken x20 Kamehameha slammed his hand and barely hurt him. Boo was probably just surprised to see their power grew hugely and noticed the change of two chi's. Plus, a blindening light in itself is something to go "Oh" at.[/b]
