so, a burning effect? the area where the tag is burnt should have dark line...XD this is great but not believe-able. background could used more umpphhh...XD |

I see what you trying to pull of but I think this time you are overusing the burn effect. Idk if its a brush or a whole other layer/render. It can work but I think you have to be more meticulous about where you place those. I also think you have to use more than just leaving the picture alone like that. I hope that makes sense. It needs more other things & less of/ more preciseness of what you have used |

I did originally try having ash/ember flakes flying off, but I lacked the skill or subtlety to make it work. The background was laziness on my part, got caught up in trying this effect that I neglected the fundamentals. Thanks for the comment Lotus ![]()
I agree with what you've said, the fire effect was a stock image that I just messed about with. I think I got carried away with using and you're right in that I should have spent more time cleaning and sharpening up a smaller amount rather than trying to bombard it with them.
