Google Chrome and Firefox	I would have to disagree with everyone in this topic. The PS3 is the better console why? 1) I don't have to pay for the internet services. There are so many times I go on Twitch.tv and people on Xbox are asking for membership cards. How unfortunate for them.... Why do that when my parents already pay for Verizon Fios? I shouldn't have to pay to be online for a gaming system when someone is already paying for the internet. 2) Ps3 controllers are wireless and without batteries. I'm unsure about how Xbox controllers are now, but they used to be with batteries and crap. Pretty sad if you think about it. 3) Blu Ray absolutely makes RPG games much more enjoyable than on xbox. The graphics are untouchable by any of xbox's capabilities. 4) All I hear about is red rings of death for Xbox. My first ps3 overheated after 6 years of usage, but that was about it. It took $100 to fix, and I sold it for more. When I asked the guy who fixed my ps3 which system was more versatile, he told me flat out ps3. He said he has to fix more xboxsthan ps3s on a daily basis. 5) The games on the PS3 like little big planet, metal gear, and/or any RPG are more enjoyable on it. I wanted to add one more thing. The very same guy who fixed my ps3 said that TO THIS DAY they have only figured out how to use 60% of ps3s true capabilities including graphics. This is the very reason why Sony isn't in a rush to come out with the ps4 whereas Xbox is already ready to launch their new system. So you tell me which is the better gaming console. I only changed my playstaion once since 2007 and lived all the way too mid november 2012.... And i had to by 3 xbox'es through out each year lol... but the ps3 was waaay expensive though.... was close too 700 euroes lol... and that was £500 when i brought it from england xD... During it's release though... But it was worth it... Sports games are also better on the playstation 3 too... Uncharted is tops and killzone 3 is baws.. Mozilla Firefox Favourite Manga Berserk all day erry day	Not to mention PS3's connectivity with every game related Sony product you can back up PS Vita and I think PSP data to the PS3 and stuff like that its way more convenient plus value for money, by a long way. I really don't see how Xbox has better games. There's just Halo and GOW really, hardly makes it better than everything you get with the PS3. PS3 can have much, much bigger gsmes on it wiith only one disc which is incredible. Xbox just has more RAM and can play music while games are on...who doesn't have a phone or iPod for that these days?

Google Chrome and Firefox	There is a reason why PS3 is more expensive. Over here in the U.S, the Xbox sells cheaper because they sell xboxs with only 4 GB hard drives. My ps3 was purchased for $200 with a 260 GB? It is either 160 or 260 I don't remember haha. As for Xbox, they exclude the price of the service you have to purchase, the batteries, etc. PS2 lasted a long while after PS3 came out whereas I hear nothing about the original Xbox. Do you?

Everywhere, but the US, the PS3 has more units sold than the Xbox 360... Well, IMO the PS3 has way better exclusive games. I often heard that the Xbox has better graphics, but when I see screenshots, it looks the same... The PSN is great aswell. Yes, people often complain about Sony/PSN, but seriously, there will always be people that aren't happy with something. Not a fan of PS Move/Kinect, so I'm not gonna talk about that... My old PS3 never had any problems, later on sold it for the flat one...never had any problems with that one either. Got enough free memory on my PS3 aswell...so nothing to complain for me. I never had any interest in Xbox. If someone likes it, I'm ok with that, but the whole "this console sucks" comments everywhere are annoying... Oh, just btw, Unicron and Gattsu, so far the only ones that voted for Xbox, wrote a plain post that Xbox 360 is better without giving any reasons, while everyone that voted for PS3 gave good reasons and didn't just say "PS3"....well, just saying... ;)

I just use rechargeable batteries. Suits me fine. They last long enough and I got a six pack of them so I'm never out of power. With my PS3 controller, the charger cable is really short so it's awkward playing it even when the console is right next to me. I found the quality of PS3's internet service to be lacking compared to Xbox's. There's more lag and the interface isn't as attractive or user friendly. It's way more difficult to play a game with a friend over PS3 than it is on Xbox for instance. Plus I don't know whether this is different for anyone else but the updates take a very long time. On Xbox it is less than a minute for me. I found BBC Iplayer to be very poor quality and slow to buffer on the console last I checked too. Whereas Sky player on my Xbox works fine. Xbox has its flaws too. Anti aliasing on the console is very poor or non existent. This means that things on screen often have a kind of fuzz around them at all times. Not all games. The latest releases are a lot better for it but not many Xbox games utilise it. I believe they are more prone to breaking down than PS3's as well but I can't verify this. It's only a theory. That isn't to say that plenty of PS3's haven't failed beyond repair either. I have read the stories for both consoles. So to summarise, games on PS3 often look smoother but the free multiplayer means that the service isn't quite as good as Xbox's. There's no clear evidence that one breaks down more than the other. Only people's opinions and personal experiences. The PS3 has a Blu Ray player and can play PS1 games, which is amazing. However I can do this with an emulator on my PC which can also improve the PS1 games graphics, something the PS3 does not do. None the less it's still a cool feature. As for gameplay, well obviously that's just a matter of opinion. Some people hate Uncharted and Killzone and the other exclusive PS3 games. if you don't fine, go buy a PS3. If you like the Xbox exclusives, buy one of those. My point is that how enjoyable the games are is personal preference and cannot decide which console is superior. My personal opinion... I enjoy both consoles equally. They both have different merits and flaws. But a good PC will dominate both.

My opinion is that the PS3 dominates in games they have way more exclusives I enjoy playing ovdr any other system. Metal Gear Solid 4, Uncharted, Little Big Planet, MLB the show, Gran Turismo, God of War alongside others, only one I can think from xbox id be interested would be left 4 dead. Heck sure Ps3 lost exclusivity with final fantasy games and neew metal gear games but xbox lost some exclusives as w ell with elder scrolls and bioshock, so I always go back to ps3: As for ps3 online play, I barely have issues with it. Once in a while get someone with bad connction but in general it runs pretty good. In terms of graphics, ps3 graphics are just beautiful and the blue ray discs are able to hold so much more. I guess the one thing I will give the xbox is that I think that its much easier to change the hardrive, I think not sure

Saw the pic and thought of Pillowdoor...was surprised when I read Stud muffin^^ Well, you could just get a longer cable for your PS3 controller? :P I never played online on a Xbox...but the MP on PS3 depends on the game/the server and the people you play with. Honestly, it might lag sometimes, but that usually happens when I play with someone that has a veeery bad connection. The online is actually always fine to me...I can't compare it to Xbox, but in general it's not bad to me. BBC iPlayer...seriously, it's not even good on my laptop. I don't think the PS3 is the problem with that... PS3 is able to improve the PS1 graphics slightly. Of course, it could be better, but there's a smoothing option. But I agree, it depends on preference.

I find the 8 party chat system on Xbox vital, I use it to keep in touch with a lot of guys, we all play a few times a week together which is sweet, as well pretty much have jobs and live far away. For social gaming my PS3 is lacking, I use it more for single player games and exclusives. I spend more time on my xbox because of games like fifa or COD.
