Do we know if this form of measuring power relates to real power levels?

There's no way of knowing really. In order to figure it out we'd need to know either Yakkon or SSj Goku's power level which is something we just don't have.

Does the Daizenshuu provide their power levels?

The kilis are scratched down just like regular PLs are, but all they do is provide the numbers Babidi said; nothing more.

Yeah I wish there was some sort of conversion to regular numbers. It would make Powerlevels much easier in that point in time.

Yeah, but we don't need em'. Yeah, some converting would be cool, but I honestly think its some weird alien measurement that Babidi uses.

Doesn't the Daiz only go up to Freeza Saga?

But yeh, it's mathematically impossible to find a relation without any accepted numbers.

There is powerlevel list that was published in a magazine that had MSSJ Goku at 3.000.000.000, his kiri Pl was 3.000, so the multiplier would be 1 Kiri=1.000.000 on a Scouter. But i don't know which magazine it was and if it's accepted as an official powerlevel list.

I posted a HD image of the list here: http://dbzf.co.uk/topic/8391270/2/

I would accept that at all. MSSJ Goku at 3,000,000,000, but having Gotenks only at 4,000,000,000?!?

I will base my powerlevels on that list, i accept anything approved by Toei if it doesn't contradict anything Toriyama stated and another good thing is, it doesn't have these insane power gaps of some of the fan-made PL-Lists. Like SSJ 3 Gotenks more than 1.000x stronger than SSJ 3 Goku.

It's not insane. Most of the time it's necessary.

I wouldn't use an unreliable PL list just because it's more convenient.

Edit: Does that thing have CG Goku > CG Gohan? Haha, no way is that accurate.

It's a fake.

If you've ever seen such Japanese magazines, they would never present things so blandly. The fan who made this evidently used the Super Exciting Guide's multipliers for Goku's Super Saiyan forms, therefore it was probably created after its release. Since the only guidebooks from that point on are art and anime oriented, it wouldn't believably originate from those sources.

Super Gohan with the save!

But yes, I wouldn't base my levels off that at all. It's inaccurate in various places and is just another fan's opinion.
