For example, will a kamehameha by a SSj Goku be as strong as a base Goku's Kamehameha multiplied by the SSj multiplier? Like, does a given energy attack for a character get stronger through each transformation of that character, increasing by the transformation's multiplier? Does that question make sense? Sorry for any confusion

If they charged it the exact same way, I reckon it would. |

I believe that the attack stays amplified the same no matter what transformation you are in. For example, the Kamehameha might be 2.5 in Base, but would most likely also be 2.5 in SSJ. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, |

Should just go something like this (arbitrary multipliers, btw): Base Goku - 10 -- Full Power KHH - 20 SSJ Goku - 500 -- FP KHH - 1000 |

Possibly. People suggest Goku's Kamehameha multiplier rose since the Saiyan Saga, as he trained. I would like to think techniques become more destructive through Super Saiyan. Though even if they did it might not be a huge increase. |

Yeah i think the attacks do get stronger through transformation, im just not sure how much stronger and what factors affect their strength. Those are all Interesting theories, though. |

I don't think it has anything to do with the transformation. Goku simply developed the technique to make it more powerful. His Kame blast at the 23rd Budokai (infamously known as the "Super Kamehameha") was stronger than all of his blasts from before, but he didn't have any sort of transformation yet. |
