What is strong in one series might be weaker in a different series. So I'd do them from each series. I haven't watch Xros Wars though so I can't do that. However: Adventure/02 1. Apocalymon 2. Omnimon 3. Imperialdramon 4. Seraphimon 5. Magnadramon I didn't like Tamers so I won't do that. Frontier 1. Susanoomon 2. Lucemon 3. Ornismon 4. Cherubimon 5. Dynasmon Data Squad 1. ShineGreymon 2. MirageGoagamon 3. Rosemon 4. Tggdrasill 5. BanchoLeomon

Definitely not as strong as Omnimon. But he was strong. That was a hard list to come up with because of all the villains like Piedmon and MaloMyotismon.
