Tien stomps Krillin so hard in the ground , its not even funny anymore LMAO.

I think Tien without using hands vs Krillin , would be an acceptable topic lol.

 Tien WTF-stomps Krillin hard.

Chapter: 170, P13.3-4
Kame-sennin: “Wow…To think that he’s grown into that great a martial artist…I no longer have any role to play at all…”
Yamcha: “Boy, I give up…”
Kuririn: “Maybe he’s a little too strong…”

BAM.

I don't think it would be a curbstomp, but Tien wins very handily.

Chapter: 209 (DBZ 15), P4.2
Context: trying out the converted scouter
Bulma: “Kuririn is... Ah, incredible!! It says 206!!"

Chapter: 209 (DBZ 15), P4.5-6
Context: trying out the converted scouter
Bulma: “...Eh?! About 3,000 km from here, there's someone at 250! Who could it be?!"
Kuririn: “250?! I know!! It’s Tenshinhan!!!”

206 vs 250

Obviously this is after the tournament, but it doesn't seem their levels changed much

That's almost a Vegeta vs Cui gap anyway.

I personally don't see much difference between beginning of Z and end of DB in terms of powers, especially not gaps between characters. The gap between Goku and Piccolo stayed the same and the gap between Goku/Piccolo and everyone else stayed the same, so why not the gap between Krillin and Tien?

Tien is on an entirely different level than Krillin (and Yamcha). With his speed, he would have even made it look easy. By the way i think Goku in weight would still be faster than both krillin and Yamcha.

I always thought taking hits doesn't count as a feature and says nothing about someones powerlevel.

Piccolo who didnt wear weights back in Dragon Ball (he is first shown with weighted gear at Raditz and Goku notes it) said he was going to show Krillin his true power, the power he fought weightless Goku with. He struck Krillin, and Krillin made him reevaluate everything and realize taking over earths wouldnt be that easy when he didnt get knocked out or break anything. It's a fact that Krillin can survive being hit with a power that pisses on Tien and not get injured, a power that surpassed weighted Goku, and was on par with the weight less Gokuthat schooled Tien.

I'm not saying Tien wouldnt win, but I am saying nothing he could physically throw at Krillin, even a flurry could compare to Majuniors true power, which Krillin survived and shocked Majunior by doing so. So Krillin can't be stomped, bested yes, but stomped, far from it.

Yeah taking hits is more Z centric when it becomes a plot at ala Hercule, but back in DB it mattered as guys didnt have auras, overly amplified ki attacks, and ssj/kaioken/merger/fusion. They were more martial artist centric, and it was far from a case of Cell and Hercule where Cell just wanted him out the ring and didnt deem him worthy to kill. Piccolo wanted to hurt Krillin then and there which is why he didnt him with a bit of power ala Frieza but the whole shovel to make a statement, but Krillin withstood it and his body wasn't broken
