I have Good Buu at 40 % of Fat Buu, and to me this is still enough to win.

Good Buu , in the fight with Kid Buu , was far superior to Vegeta , around 2,5x stronger. Majin Vegeta 34 Base Gotenks 41.5 Good Buu 88
