I need to prove to someone that Vegito is Multifolds ahead of Gogeta but he tends to think base gogeta could mop the floor with SSj3 GOtenks due to them being kids.

Some say that SSJ Gogeta equals Ultimate Gohan's power not sure if this helps though.

 As far I'm concerned, until now, I have Ssj3 Gotenks major stomping, as I don't see any proof for Gogeta's boost to be > Gotenks' one.
Gotenks is to Gogeta as post Rosat Goten is to Vegeta, and Ssj3 Goten would overstomp Ssj Vegeta to his death.

When i tried to find reasonable explanations about M13,i concluded that
-Goku is his Buu Saga self
-Gohan has lost his mystic power up,but can turn ssj2 without his hair changing
-SSJ3 Gotenks was weaker than SSJ3 Goku because the kids had kinda forgot how to do the fusion properly

So,M12 SSJ Gogeta wins

Makes no sense. You'd be saying Toei never showed off Gohan's Ultimate form in any of their movies, when they love showing off the newest form if they can.

They mastered it in the RoSaT. You don't forget something you mastered in DBZ.

 M12 Gogeta wins.

Super Janemba>SSJ3 M12 Goku Fat Janemba> Inital Super Buu=Base Gotenks(post).

Going by Anime rules Goku implies that he isn't that far behind and he states in M12 he is stronger than against Fat Buu.

Base Gotenks(pre) at least is SSJ2 Kid Gohan level so Fusion is very powerful. Goku and Vegeta> post ROSAT kids, plus we have reason to belive that Base fusions are stronger than the max power of their fuses.

Therefore Base Gogeta> M12 SSJ3 Goku. Toei's Goku is either stronger or the same as his fusion saga anime counterpart who implies that he isn't that far from SSJ3 Gotenks.

MSSJ Gogeta than goes on to tank and one shot Super Janemba who seems to be under full power Super Buu but stronger than suppressed Super Buu.

I think Gogeta beats his son here.
