The best one Favourite Manga They all suck	Most likely because they knew that, overall, Freeza and Cell were the s*** in DBZ, and watching haxed versions of those get butt-whooped by Base Goku still would show how much Goku progressed. Based on what I know from most people's favorite villains overall, Freeza and Cell typically come out on top. But yeah Freeza and Coola would've been cool. Put Cell at Gero's side or something.

Two 17s and two Cells may be a little too much, but at the same time I'm not saying things could get a little crazy with both of them. Super Android 17 and 21 maybe?
