He seemed confident that he could help Goku against Buu until Elder Kai says his power is nothing compared to Majin Buu and he could easily be absorbed. The best one Favourite Manga They all suck	Kibito Kai is said to be crap by Old Kai, Goku and Vegeta aren't. Kibito also never thinks of helping Goku and Vegeta against Kiddy Boo. Goku >>> Vegeta >>> Kibito Kai. SPC is more or less pretty near-ish Vegeta in power, so I doubt Kibito Kai stands a chance. I probably wouldn't place him any higher than Perfect Cell level. Goku was amazed by Kibito Kai's power I doubt he would be amazed if he was on Perfect Cell's level. Elder Kaioshin didn't even know about Vegeta until he showed up and the plan was for Goku to fuse with Gohan but he knew Buu would easily destroy him if he ddin't fuse so none of that proves Goku and Vegeta were stronger than him. I think his in the middle of SSJ3 Goku and Pre ROSAT Base Gotenks.

Mozilla Firefox Favourite Manga Hellsing, Elfen Lied, Trigun Maximum	Kaioshin is already above Piccolo who of course is above #18 (Who the kids are above) The kids fuse and in base form they share the possible power of a mid to high end SSj2. Right now, it depends on where you have Kibito. I will say this however, Kibito seemed to expect to fight SSj Gohan at the tournament and I think its safe to say SSj Gohan>SSj Kids>Kaioshin>Piccolo. Take that into consideration, take into consideration that most people have a larger increase with the patora and sad as it is for the resident Cell fan here to say, but unless Kibito is much weaker than I'm thinking and/or you have a very small multiplier for the patora...I see Cell getting his wings torn off and shoved down his throat. Damn it, Kaioshin.

The best one Favourite Manga They all suck	If Kaioshin wanted to hype up the Kaioshins and Boo as much as he could, which was his intention, he'd have said "even my assistant, Kibito, is capable of defeating Freeza."
