It seems (looking at the kids) that less than two years have passed since Buu.
Ssj Goku would be ~ Ssj Goku Buu saga, Gohan is Ssj, so it means he lost is Saikyou no Senshi form, probably because it was too powerful (and AT knows well that); I have also to say that it must be clear that a Ssj Ultimate Gohan means absolutely nothing guys, because or he is Ultimate (so Ssj is useless to him) or he isn't (so he needs Ssj to power-up).
Being said that, we know nothing about this Anubi, but if he really is around Ssj Goku power, than even Good Buu would easily wreck him, let alone Buuhan.

I agree with your date but not your MSSJ stats, Goku, prior the movie, trained for that total ten years, it makes no sense since by the time the ten years was up his base was equal to his SSJ3 form against Kid Buu. And some people pointed out that in one of those dais books Gohan trained to re-obtained his MSSJ and SSJ2 form, not sure though. And most people say that his Ultimate state is nothing but his base with his full potential, so it a possibility that Gohan can get more power, but I wouldn't trust my words 100%. Ask Pyro he knows alot about this stuff.

Like I said, it's not 10 years since Majin Buu, because, if it was that, Goten and Trunks would be 16-17, but clearly they are not (you can see that they're still kids).
It's probably 2-3 years since Buu, no more.
Furthermore, base EOZ Goku is nowhere near his Ssj3 self of the Buu saga, that happens only in the GT crap.
Remember, in the canon world, (i.e. not GT) there's no way for Goku to only think to be at Saikyou no Senshi Gohan's level, let alone surpassing it... And that's why in this upcoming movie it seems that AT made Gohan lose his Ultimate form, otherwise there would not be chance for Goku to be the main hero.
