SSJ Gotenks Pre vs Fat Buu

If a ki isn't sensed in another dimension, it isn't powerful enough.
Why wasn't Super Buu and SSJ3 Gotenks Ki felt until they cross dimension, who are stronger than SSJ3 Goku?
Powers can't be felt in the RoSaT.
Did you hear yourself? You just said If your Ki isn't powerful enough, your Ki won't be felt, and yet SSJ3 Goku's Ki is felt everywhere throughout their universe. Can you explain that. And before they left the ROSAT there was a hole there, shouldn't some of their Ki be felt since it was no longer sealed?

Fat Buu's power only increases when angry, and even then it goes no higher than it was against Goku.
Dude Buu did get stronger than Majin Vegeta after their fight was progressing, if it didn't Vegeta would have obliterated Buu or at the very least gave Buu a run for his money, but no he didn't he killed himself to win and still loss. And as for SSJ3 Goku said something that he could feel his power increase every second, while his was draining rabidly. Tis was in English dub though not there yet in the manga.
There is no such line in the manga...Boo has been shown to gain power from anger. Nobody notes a power increase after he gets angry at the gunmen...

I'm not to sure in the anime, Tien and the other felt their Kis before they left the door.

 I thought it was already established, once your in the ROSAT, you are in a whole different dimension; the dimension of time is what Old Kai called it. You'll have to have some crazy power to be felt from that distance.

 I guess it depends on how we watch both manga an anime I take most of the anime in to help back up some of the manga, like how they had Goku flew to Gohan and the others on Namek in the manga, and likewise in the anime.

Yeah that's what I was talking about, it still doesn't make since for MSSJ powers to be felt before exiting and not SSJ3 Gotenks and Super Buu tier characters before leaving the ROSAT.

Goku was 100% sure about that, and Piccolo confirms it.
A serious Ssj Gotenks pre would demolish Fat Buu.

I want say it would be a stomp because Majin Buu's (with both sides in him) power keeps increasing as the fight progresses, and his regeneration would be a huge advantage for Buu, and like you said his cockiness is what's going to make him lose and not realize that Buu's power is steadily going up while he's talking *****. So to me it would be 2 case thing:

First: SSJ Gotenks goes to Buu and NOT underestimate him and take the fight serious, and kill Buu from the get-go.

Second: SSJ Gotenks be winning the battle for a while and talk ***** to Majin Buu who's power keeps increasing, and once he has enough power to kill Gotenks he do it and call Gotenks weak.

I already never said Gotenks wouldn't lose his attitude is what's going to ***** his victory up.
