Also, fusing as SSjs would've been pointless if Fatboi already beat them as SSjs. They would've told Piccolo and he would've freaked.

I want say it would be a stomp because Majin Buu's (with both sides in him) power keeps increasing as the fight progresses, and his regeneration would be a huge advantage for Buu, and like you said his cockiness is what's going to make him lose and not realize that Buu's power is steadily going up while he's talking ***. So to me it would be 2 case thing: First: SSJ Gotenks goes to Buu and NOT underestimate him and take the fight serious, and kill Buu from the get-go. Second: SSJ Gotenks be winning the battle for a while and talk *** to Majin Buu who's power keeps increasing, and once he has enough power to kill Gotenks he do it and call Gotenks weak.

Realist Rapper Alive Posts: 1,889 Group: Member Member #6,948 Joined: November 5, 2011 Favourite Anime Dragon Ball Z Favourite Manga Dragon Ball	Gotenks hid nothing, before ROSAT Gotenks could not turn SSJ at will, otherwise he would have done it lol they were still learning so they needed to be individually SSJ to be SSJ in Gotenks. It's pretty much stated, no other way around, Piccolo states their ki was great, he never doubts their power in SSJ, but he did doubt it in base. Piccolo knew what he was talking about, that's really the only evidence anyone can provide to show SSJ Gotenks>Fat Buu.

Dude Buu did get stronger than Majin Vegeta after their fight was progressing, if it didn't Vegeta would have obliterated Buu or at the very least gave Buu a run for his money, but no he didn't he killed himself to win and still loss. And as for SSJ3 Goku said something that he could feel his power increase every second, while his was draining rabidly. Tis was in English dub though not there yet in the manga.
