Back in like in the earlier eps it was already established he went further than any other beta tester, he was just that hardcore. Dual Swords was probably the highlight, it was a good bluff that he could actually back up haha. And yeah, I lolled when that girl picked up the money, I was surprised too that it was so heavy, not only that it was quite the high currency as well, haha. I could see the harem already but at least Kirito is still loyal, the guy doesn’t need Yui to keep him in check ‘I’m a guy’ is the best excuse ever though. The thing that’s original and unpredictable about this so far is, we expect him to be hax not because he’s a main, because we just know how skilled he is as a player lmao. He’s a MMO genius, Sugou does not stand a chance, even if he’s admin and all, he does not compare to the SAO gamemasater guy. .hack/SIGN, those do ring a bell, hm. Am I right in assuming those are like in the same genre? This is the first one I watched, so maybe people familiar with such anime already won’t like it that much, though I do admit it is pretty fast paced, and that’s awesome for me, haha.

I'm just excited about this show's future.

Spoiler: click to toggle Your friend is spot on, this current arc will be wrapping up soonish. But yes, the next arc will be much better, gets as dark as the first one IMO if not more, you'll have some o*** and wtf moments for sure. The couple arcs after that are more light but interesting still, and the latest/current one becomes dark/wtf worthy again. All I can say with what you've been saying so far, you'll like what you'll be getting xD. I do hope the anime gets enough popularity for them toe continue straight through (most likely due to the fandom so far), it'll be a waste not to see it all animated, with more Kirito being badass. If it's any indication on the main America/Europe legal streaming site for popular anime it has the number 2 spot for popularity behind Naruto and ahead of 100+ other current series'.

Love triangle isn't too bad I guess, but the best part was the last 20 seconds of the episode. Yui says Moma is right above them and Kirito goes into ***everythingelsemode and shoots right up towards the sky. I know he won't make it but damn that was awesome. LOL @ Asuna using the infamous (super effective!) anime bite tech , didn't see that coming xD Holy crap, his whole expression changed once he knew Asuna's there, that's the badass look, well worth going through that ep just for that. Totally reckless on his part, guess he already forgot it was like the army's worth of team effort to get up that tree, he shouldn't be able to solo it I hope, that would be way too hax and would kill the realism that the series had already.

Granted he did turn his pain volume all the way up in the game and drive a sword through him lol.

Magic in AL seems kinda unfair... Also I hope they're not trying to change the show with fanservice... There wasn't really any in the first arc now there's quite a few characters with big bouncey...assets... Dunno if it's to try get more fans or what but hopefully they won't go down that road it's goo enough without becoming sordid lol.

SAO is better for sure because of the potential of every character dying in real life. As for the incest thing, it's dumb but it's in the canon material. To be honest they skipped a whole semi-adventure about it and I was happy about that. Anyway it's not a huge deal.

Dunno xD), haha. As in the arc, SAO due to the uh, realistic risks, especially with guilds like Laughing Coffin around man. ALO would have had that too if it wasn't just a game, despite it being similar for some people. But VMMORPG wise SAO I reckon I'd play over ALO, though we haven't seen any boss fights in ALO yet, there should be one for the tree though I'm sure, with all that prep and stuff needed. And I finally found that OST of one of the anime trailers, and when Kirito does epic stuff... Spoiler: click to toggle where he dual wields like a boss It's like SAO's own Guile's Theme xD

But actually there's months in between them so development we don't get to see. I wonder what his reaction to it will be if he finds out/she confesses? Might be interesting...it's kind of a tough area to write in a popular anime lol. So how long should this anime be roughly? Hoping for at least 50 episodes, can see how it could branch out but it doesn't seem like it will last all that long. I hope it won't be a case of ALO get's banned or deleted and then another game comes along. And then another. Etc.
