I think then, if he and Gohan and Vegeta and Goku all teamed up on Buu, they might perhaps have had a chance. It would certainly be an AMAZING fight though, even if Buu would still probably win. Posts: 9,150 Group: Member Member #5,265 Joined: September 24, 2010 Gender Not Specified Favourite Anime dragonball/z/gt/movies What Browser do you use? internet explorer or firefox	so, we talking early honor trip premise (cell gets knocked in the head by ssj2 gohan, turns good)? 7 years of training, and he'd be a beast. remember that he has goku's talent for gaining power paired with vegeta's work ethic, with piccolo's regeneration to take care of any accidental injuries caused by overexertion. he'd definitely eclipse any of the ssj2 saiyans by the buu arc. still not ssj3 tier, though. given his durability, he'd likely be able to hold down buu for a while, but he just won't have the power to finish the job on his own.
	list of canon sources: the DB manga, and the Dr. Slump manga as it applies to the crossover during the rra saga. list of non canon sources: everything else, regardless of origin, format, or quality. for those that blindly follow word of god

I don't see Cell being stronger than Goku and Majin Vegeta id AT worte it because I think Goku and Vegeta were suppose to be super strong beasts at that point. In Fanfic form he's in between SSJ2 and SSJ3 tire.
