How strong are all of the Dragons anyway?
Shenron
Porunga
Black Smoke Shenron
BSDs Shenron

Also, what would happen if the Namek DBs were full of Negative Energy, and cracked. How do you think that would work out?

 Shenron and Porunga's power levels are the same as their creators. The same goes for Black Star Shenron.

The reason why I assumed that the dragons have the same power levels as their creators is because they cannot wish anything that exceeds their creators power. If you think about it, that means that the dragons cannot wish anything that exceeds THEIR powers. For example, when Oolong asked Shenron to make the Saiyans not come here, he couldn't grant it because the Saiyans' power far exceeded that of Shenron's/Kami's. Not only that but it just seems logical and legit for the dragons to have the same power levels as their creators IMO. That would explain Black Star Shenron's power. I may be wrong though but that's how I've always seen their powers.

 I dunno, if it was in their creators power, why didn't they just go to the creators themselves to wish people back etc?

It could have been like the 'Buu' effect, where they use magic or whatever to create a highly powerful being....

 Also are the dragons invincible? Can they take real attacks? I've always wanted to see someone attack the dragon when it is released to see what it's reaction would be lol.
