He's implied to have have gained Goku's SSJ4 power, I would think - his aura, the fact that he goes crazy about overwhelming power despite the fact that Base Goku had already powered up right before him.... Even if it was Base Goku, it'd be a considerable increase...at least 1.5x IMO.
