Question about turtle shells

When kids Goku and Kuririn took off their shells,they were surprised at how light they were.This can only be explained if they were wearing them
during the 8 months of their training without ever taking them off.Is that so
I'm asking because,in that case,i'll try myself wearing weights 24 hours a day,to see if i'll have the same results.

I think it would make you be able to run faster and, stuff. That is if you're using ankle weights. I think there is wrist, and body weights you could use too, but I honestly think they are effective, and can make you faster in whatever area you are using them for.

it will help you but i dont know about 24 hours a day, i would just go for jogs and workouts with a weight jacket on

I wouldn't do 24 hours a day either, that does not sound good. Just do it when you're exercising.

I dunno about 24 hours a day, I used to walk around school with a bag packed with my laptop and some f**king heavy books, and while it was surprising how strong I was because of it, my back was freaking killing me all day everyday <_<

24 hours may be too long, but if he did it routinely along with his regular exercises that may help imo.

I weighed my bag when I was 12 years old/98 pounds and it was 28 pounds. Kinda heavy. Later years I don't think it was that heavy but after every summer hols the first day back I'd feel like it was heavy on my shoulder a bit.

Be careful with those weights. I'd take em off at night cuz they aren't actually in your body they're on top/wrapped around so could cut nerves or blood circulation off.

Weight training is a fairly common thing really. I'd stick with wearing a weight jacket though as suggested above.

It's important to realise that the characters doing this sort of training are usually in fairly good shape to start with and are more likely to be able to support it - don't hurt yourself trying to get stronger / fitter, you'll only hamper your progress in the long run.

If you wanna be hardcore wear heavy clothes/weights, a wool jacket, a motorbike helmet and 2 pairs of socks and live in a greenhouse on a giant sanddune.

Oh god, I have tried climbing up small sand dunes at the beach and I almost gave myself a heart attack.

Don't wear it asleep, but you can wear wrist and ankle weights all day. I did that for awhile once.

Also, side-point running on sand is a great way to exercise. Hard to start with but really good for you!
