I mean forreal, she was evil enough already to scheme up, and do that to Oolong to keep making sure she gets what she wants at the end, her wish. I don't put it past her to go that far into something to get what she wants. Bulma is evil.

In my opinion she is already quite evil in her own way and being Friezas PL would suck because she would have killed my favorite character Krillian in season 1. Though truthfully it matters when and how she would get to that PL basically.
