Google Favourite Manga Dragonball Z	ok, kibito said the grand kai is 1000 times stronger then frieza, ok, why i put this in discution, what frieza???? 1000x stronger then frieza first form, the one everybody in the dbz universe know, or 100% frieza?

Even King Kai knew of him while he ran around in first form. Frieza fighting in his final form wasn't that long unless Supreme Kai and Kibito were keeping tabs on Frieza's and SSJ Goku's fight.

East Kaioshin says each of the Kaioshins could fell Freeza in one blow in the manga. Anyway, I have no doubt it meant Freeza's true power. Freeza transformed at some points in his life. It's not like he was born in his first form and stayed that way. We just have to assume Kaioshin knew what he was talking about, or it wouldn't make any sense.

Google Favourite Manga DragonBall	I think the supreme kais meant 1st form Frieza when they stated that they're 1,000 times stronger because he's mostly seen in that form. But then again, the supreme kais have great knowledge about the universe so it could be possible that they meant final form Frieza, but no one knows for sure.

Freeza was around for many, many, many years before we hear of his tirade against Planet Vegeta, and East Kaioshin was around way before even that. It's not hard to assume he saw or heard of Freeza's true power. Freeza was a galactic tyrant, known all over the universe. I don't think this is something East Kaioshin wouldn't know about. And if you think about it, all of the guys who worked for Freeza were probably not that old, so they most likely wouldn't have known Freeza could even transform unless he did it in front of them or told them (like Zarbon). That would be like bragging about killing a fly.

Google Favourite Manga DragonBall	It may be possible that the kais might've mentioned final form Frieza at 1% of his power because he's never shown his full power before because he stated that he couldn't control his power at his final form; therefore he's unable to reach his maximum power. I doubt the kais were up to date with the battle between Frieza and Goku, but then again, they do know everything about the universe, so I'm probably wrong about this.... Oh screw it, I agree with Pyro that they've probably mentioned full power Frieza to a very good extent. Edited by Super Gogito, Oct 15 2012, 08:28 AM.

The best one Favourite Manga They all suck	In regards to Kaioshin potentially talking about 1st Form Freeza, here's a few reasons why I say no: - Sort of a cop-out reason, but I doubt AT would remember that Freeza rarely went past 2nd form or something. - Whenever Kaioshin was wrong about someone's power, AT was sure to contradict his statements with something. His statement of being able to fell Freeza with a single blow was never contradicted; people need to understand that being wrong once or twice doesn't mean the character will always be wrong. - There's no reason to assume it was a weaker form unless stated/implied otherwise. Always assume full power unless stated/implied otherwise. I mean, later on, when Vegeta is talking about how weak Kaioshin is during his fight with Goku...don't you think he'd bring up his Freeza quote? Something like "I'm starting to doubt if the bumbling buffoon could even take out Freeza!" or something like that? No statements like that are brought up to imply that Kaioshin was wrong about destroying Freeza in one blow, and no one bothers to question it either. If he wanted to showcase his power and the powers of Boo to make an impact on Goku and co., a power of 530,000 isn't exactly something worth grabbing even Yamcha's attention at this point.
