I don't think Cell's absorptions are simple addition either, at least not Semi-Perfect's. #17: 1 #16/Cell: 2 Semi-Perfect (suppressed): 3 That's already #17 + Cell, and Cell still powered up a lot when he fought Vegeta.

I would say #19 is probz a little too high, since Vegeta said he "wasn't as bad as the rumors made him out to be", and the rumors said that he (the Androids, basically) could godstomp Mirai Trunks (@ Freeza). So, #19 shouldn't be too greatly ahead of Mirai Trunks from back then, who's probably juu~~~uust strong enough to godstomp Mecha Freeza. I could also complain about the giant gains you gave the Saiyans, which in turn made your other PLs enormous, but to each their own on that one. Btw, where's sick Goku? Other than that, good job. Goku told him to stay, and I figured out his power level from his Saiyan Saga one. He shouldn't be over 10,000 which is still good to survive such an explosion. The difference between Tien and Chiaotzu here is nearly 1.4x, but I can just put him around 5,000,000. I'll wait until anyone comment about this, and I'll change it later. He should be able to beat SSjin Yardart Goku as he held his back against SSjin Goku (sick) who was stated by Tien to be really strong even after seeing him in the last 3 years. A 10x increase isn't big. I forgot him . He should be around Post-Kamehameha Android 19 or a little bit higher.

I think he was a 6 figure fighter imo. Somewhere between Ginyu and first form Frieza The anime always murks Yajirobe up though as Goku wants him to fight the androids after saying good thing they left the weak chaioutzu back, so its implied he is between him and Yamcha at least

Tien has left Chiaotzu cause of the big difference between them + he doesn't want him to sacrifice if anyone died, or perhaps because of the plot?

It was weird, but then again, he shouldn't have been at the saiyan battle either. He and Yajirobe maybe should have tagged along to Namek to bodyguard Bulma while Gohan and Krillin went DB hunting and got a power up imo.

The anime shows that he dropped him off at Roshi. Roshi has him cooking and cleaning like he is Launch. He got punked far worse than anything else, and they wouldn't dare do that to Chi Chi or Bulma for example In the anime he was there at Kame House next to Yamcha when Tien was firing the Neo Tri Beam, Piccolo/17/Cell were happening pissing Gohan off, and Krillin was getting the remote.
