Other than that, pretty good list I guess. Piccolo should be at least around 1.2 times stronger than Android 20 to stomp him like that. I made it 1.25x which is still pretty good. Vegeta's place is okay. Android 18 tanked Vegeta's blast easily, and it should be around x3 and that's her power level. Android 17 is a bit higher, Piccolo is a bit higher, and Cell & 16 are monsters in comparsion. Cell tanked a Light Grenade which is more than 3x Piccolo's power. His place is actually good.

Posts: 790 Group: Member Member #5,932 Joined: March 30, 2011	Can't say I disagree, because its subjective. But at most, my PL's are in the high hundred millions. I don't see the billions until the Cell saga, except for very low billions (Semi-Cell).

I would say #19 is probz a little too high, since Vegeta said he "wasn't as bad as the rumors made him out to be", and the rumors said that he (the Androids, basically) could godstomp Mirai Trunks (@ Freeza). So, #19 shouldn't be too greatly ahead of Mirai Trunks from back then, who's probably juu~~~uust strong enough to godstomp Mecha Freeza. I could also complain about the giant gains you gave the Saiyans, which in turn made your other PLs enormous, but to each their own on that one. Btw, where's sick Goku? Other than that, good job.
