I haven't even referenced the people in this thread in any of my posts.

Okay, Slayer, you've enlightened me. Next time I have to write an essay on a novel that I've read, I'll be sure to include points that the author never wrote down. Thanks, son.

Wa wa, Manga is the bible and if you don't adhere it. You are going to HELL!!
That's how you make it sound with your post, but don't want to have both sides of the story, guess what DBZ has been made in a cartoon aswell.
It's been made into a video game as well. Should we consider Mr. Satan stronger than Raditz now? Stop arguing silliness and go look up the definitions. It's not that hard to understand that in a canon debate, NON-canon material does not count. Manga IS the "Bible" in canon debates as it's the only canon source.

For me it bettered the series, DBZ would never been as big as it is now if it wasn't be televised.

That's cool, I'd rather watch the anime for entertainment as well. That doesn't make it a reliable source for evidence though because it's still non-canon.

No one cares if the anime bettered anything.

It did so by creating plotholes with filler, therefore it's non canon garbage.

man how many cannon lists have we made kp lol
like the most cannon to less cannon to not cannon at all

the anime should never i repeat never be referenced in a cannon fight never got it now

as for this debate i feel like gogeta just parallels vegito

i mean its fusion its hax it just makes someone like crazy strong and there might be rival boost

not sure the whole fusion ordeal is just a mess

so for now i will say gogeta wins

ps i have been away from dbzf for awhile please dont hate if i say something dumb

Q: From 1984 to 1995 what was your work schedule like on Dragon Ball?
A: The majority of the manga in Japan are drawn in the shukan (weekly) format, so I was drawing one episode every week. [Approximately 14 pages, plus a Title Page-Editor] But for me this pace was very hard, and I really didn't like it.

That's how I came with the conclusion that the manga wasn't complete, because it isn't. It misses alot of stuff.

Look, you can argue all you'd like and bring as many of your opinions into this as you want, but the fact is "canon" is the original source material. That would be the manga. "Filler" is stuff added to an anime to buff it out, most times to allow the manga to catch up. It is not part of the source material, hence it is not canon. That is all fact. If you have a problem with that, take it up with AT, Toei, and the people who write the dictionary.

How could it "miss" anything? It's the original work. There is NOTHING to miss...

It doesn't matter if you think it misses a lot of stuff. AT put in what he wanted in, nothing more and nothing less. If he wanted to include something else, he would've put it in. He could've added it in a revised edition of the manga if he really wanted, like he fixed some things from the Tankoubon in the Kanzenban.

Goten = Cell Games Goku because it was stated in the manga right?
That's a gripe I have with some you people posts.

It's not stated, but it can be logically deduced from other events and fighters. A lot of power statements aren't direct, as in they don't directly compare one person to another; most of the time it's just "He's powered up considerably!" Or something alongs those lines.

Not everything was stated, but you can come to a logical conclusion using the manga.

And why have gripes with it? If Boo Saga Gohan = CG Goku actually was stated, then so be it....it's what we get, so it's what we use. You've just confirmed that you're being biased.
