That's why they use their ki to increase their physical strength.
Not totally. Before Goku finished his training, he was already physically stronger than Muten Roshi, and he was nowhere near his power level.

Raw physical strength is not the same as striking power, even in real life. Anderson Silva can hit way harder and more precise than Marius Pudzianowski, the worlds strongest man.

DBZ fighters striking power and Ki and far more potent than their physical strength.

 To be honest, Goku reached his physical limit waaa~y before the Boo Saga. He did all of his training with ki, transformations and such because physically training was pointless; he'd reached his limit.

The Boo Saga is filled with inconsistent things. Kid Goku was pushing LARGE boulders before the 21st BT, and was jumping to the stratosphere easily by his leg strength. Also, he easily tossed King Piccolo over multiple sky scrapers. That Goku is waaaaaaaaaaay weaker than 23rd BT Goku who tossed a LARGE Piccolo about ten meters in the air. He got stronger and stronger through the years. I think that some of the Cell Games cast could do it.

Yeah that's true, strength was contradicted in the buu saga. But I still think they can only move a planet with their ki.
