Week By Week Surprises

Week one's in the books. What things caught you off guard after one week?

For me personally if I had to choose one thing, it would be rookie play overall.

I expected RG3 to have a good career but didnt expect him to play as well as he did. He looked like a seasoned veteran already.

Andrew Luck is the first guy that I believed should go first overall for a QB in quite some time and I must say I was surprised how he played. I watched the game and he looked alright, but I was expecting him to play much better. He already has everything needed to be a dominant QB (except the team around him). I expect him to turn it around quickly.

I must say I was a genius for drafting Alfred Morris a month ago when no one had heard of him and he was 4th on the Skins depth chart though :P. I knew he would be the starting back by the beginning of the season and he didnt disappoint.

Just change the title to something more ambiguous, so it can be played out through the season. This saves us the trouble of making 17 weeks of threads.

As for week 2 surprises, that easily goes to Peyton sucking a big one vs the Falcons.

This..loved every single second of it.

Oh and the Cardinals are 2-0.

The Cards beat the Pats and the Seahawks who beat the cowboys who beat the Giants..so by the transitive property the cardinals are the best team in the league...

I dont think Peyton sucking was a big surprise. I thought it was sort of expected.

she cardinals game however, oh my was it a surprise. Tom caughlin sounding off against the head coach was sort of a surprise.

I think the fact that there's only 6 unbeaten teams after 2 weeks was a surprise, and the fact that to a large extent all 5 Rookie QBs looked a lot more comfortable playing too, this could be a very solid QB draft class

I may not deserve to live, but I will protect those in my reach with my reverse blade!

NFC East in my opinion. They won't end up with better records, but at the end they'll be better and one team (like always) will have a chance at a huge run.

NFC East has always been the best division in the NFC. Its the toughest to win & the rivalries are more enraged than most. I think NFC North has also become a tough one to win but the teams manage to get 10 wins for playoffs too.

AFC North is the best division in the AFC imo.

No way will I agree with NFC East being the best division in the league.

49ers are hated by all 3 teams in our divison.

Cowboys/Giants isn't as big as Cowboys/Niners Also, I dont think Washington even know what a rivalry is.

Eagles are skidding through these games.
Redskins have too much to prove
Romo has yet to show me he's a legitimate QB

Giants are still legit

49ers have the best overall team in the league
Seattle's got a great defense and looks like a solid offense now
CArdinals are getting their ***** together

The rams almost beat the Lions and beat RG3 who handed the saints their *****

Biggest rivalry in the NFL is Bears/Packers and next is Giants/Cowboys. Just the way it's always been.

I heard it was hectic and poor defense, but I'll try and catch the replay this week of it.

No way could it of been crazier than the Ravens-Pats game.

I don't even know what to say after watching that last FG lol. Not to mention the horrid officials. Who cares though Pats lost :D
