The best one Favourite Manga They all suck	Just about anyone who appears after No. 19 & No. 20 would effortlessly one-shot Metal Cooler, disregarding the untrained SSJs of the Android arc. This guy is just strong enough to fight the Android arc SSJs. No. 18 could one-shot all the Android arc SSJs. No. 17 effortlessly pwns.

As far as I can remember, they did beat 1 Cooler, and emerged exhausted and pretty beat up. I wouldn't call that "wrecking". He owned both of them for the majority of the fight, especially Vegeta.

If a SSJ is a 5 and an ASSJ is a 10. Android 17 would be about a 6. Cooler is not near that Tier at all, he would be like 3 or 4. He is not that much stronger then Freeza of whom Trunks killed effortlessly. And the Androids are much stronger than a SSJ1. And in the world of DBZ its all about your stats. Unlike real fighting a weaker fighter in DBZ can't hurt a stronger appoint unless they are in the same power Tier or at least somewhat close. Using super sayian 1 as a control group. Think of it this way. Freeza ~ Android 19 (ball parking) SSj 1 = Goku and co. SSJ1.5 = The Andriods, Piccolo/Kame SSj1.6 = 16 and Base Cell SSJ1.8 = Semi Cell ASSj = Super Vegeta Meta Cooler and Freeza don't make the cut sorry.
