Chrome Favourite Manga Elfen Lied, Black Lagoon, DBZ	Slayerslice Sep 8 2012, 04:32 PM SSJ3 and SSJ2 respectively. I would say Super Buu with SSj3 Goku and SSj2 Vegeta would put him about on par with BuuTanks. Because that was a very similar absorption (SSj3 Gotanks and Piccolo). Not an exact match up, but he would be in the same ballpark.
