A better match up would be if you had a trained Cell. Remember Cell is basically a Sayian so his power can get stronger with work. Or perhaps a Majin Cell or something. But this is not a stomp. Cell would be about on par with Debora. So Vegeta should win but it would still be a fun fight.

Vegeta said he could have ended that fight easy and Goku didn't argue with him on that, and that was pre-Majin. A more powerful and extremely more durable as Majin put him on par with a dead body Goku, would wreck SPC let alone FPP Cell
