Is it possible for a scouter to never break?

Like Zarbon for example. He is under 24,000 Vegeta, and his scouter breaks when it reached 24,000. Zarbon is 23,000 according to daizenshuu. So in other words, someone putting limit in scouter is because if scouter breaks from high power level, they dont stand any chance. But ofc it was plot purpouse for making Zarbon Monster form a secret, because it was clearly 24,000 Vegeta > Zarbon ( Normal form ) acording to Vegeta and Frieza words. never actually thought of that, until you slapped it between my eyes, interresting, but, what about 16, why didnt his brake when cell went form 2? i think its like depending on the models, lets take a therometer, it measures temperature, at some point, even the therometer would fail under the temperature, like the plastic ones melt, the you get the high tech ones, the heat sensors, you know the camera screen with the blue to red colour code, it cam measure higher temperature, but at some point when it gets too hot or cold, you stand further back, the more you get back, the more inaccurate, the closer, the more dangerous, for you and the equipment, OMW, I just proved your theory, by the time the equipment melts, you were burnt to death, so when the scouter brake, you are powerless

He also knew 17 and Piccolo were equals and that Vegeta was stronger than initial perfect cell, until cell started bursting his power out slowly like Goku at the Ginyus

The best one Favourite Manga They all suck	16 read power levels, but the term "power levels" doesn't automatically translate to "the units that Frieza's scouters used". Anyways, Ginyu's scouter didn't break when Goku went to 180,000: Spoiler: click to toggle Scouters can either break because of rapidly raising powers or because a power is simply too high. I'll go with a power being to high, however, because Goku's power rose rapidly against Ginyu, yet his scouter doesn't break, but when Vegeta and Frieza duke it out, Frieza's scouter breaks. It could also be a combo of both, since Vegeta's power was still less than Frieza's when Frieza's scouter broke, yet Frieza still knew his exact PL at that moment (530k), so it could be a combination of rapidly rising powers and giant powers. Anyways, I doubt a scouter can "not break"...eventually, readings will get too high.

Some scouters are from SpaceMart while others are from Spaples XD Though that is my actual opinion.
