Is it possible for a scouter to never break?

Google Favourite Manga DragonBall	It is possible for a genious like bulma, gero, or frieza's scientists to build a scouter that will never self destruct no matter how high your opponent's power level is?

Ninjajp/Slayerslice appeal	I don't think a scouter breaks because of a high level, but instead because the level is increasing too fast. Scouters broke at 8000-9000, and also at 540,000-ish (Vegeta vs Freeza). As for whether 1 can be made that won't break.... not sure really. Depends on what causes it to break. Does the receptor break? Is it that the numbers are rising too fast for the computer system?

Even MSSJ Goan didn't cause a malfunction, so I would say it is possible. Raditz had an old model and it blipped out when Gokus kaioken kept the energy rising fast around a little over Vegetas level. Friezas blipped when he and Vegeta were both powering up to basically a first form stand still and it was a newer model made for the ginyus. I guess it just depends on material and what not.

Like Zarbon for example. He is under 24,000 Vegeta, and his scouter breaks when it reached 24,000. Zarbon is 23,000 according to daizenshuu. So in other words, someone putting limit in scouter is because if scouter breaks from high power level, they dont stand any chance. But ofc it was plot purpouse for making Zarbon Monster form a secret, because it was clearly 24,000 Vegeta > Zarbon ( Normal form ) acording to Vegeta and Frieza words. The scouters of Frieza's armies are able to record PLs of at least 1,000,000 (their best scouters) since Frieza knows he is over a million in his second form (or he could be guessing based on how much he gets stronger in general - if this is the case, they can go up to 500,000-ish).

Freeza's best scouters blew up at around pre Zenkai Vegeta. Although in the 2008 special (Non canon I know) Ado and Cado's scouters didn't break at base kids, and Tarble's was implied to not break at Ado and Cado themselves, who are on Freeza's level.
