Gotenks is stronger than Super Buu. And Base Vegetto is not stronger than Base Gokhan , the gap between Gohan and Vegeta is very huge. The Rival Boost is not so great. I have Base Vegetto and Gotenks SSJ3 equals. Base Vegetto can't be stronger than Base Gokhan because Gohan >>>>>>...>>>>> Vegeta and the Rival Boost can't equalize this.

Firefox Favourite Manga Dragon Ball	Rivals boost is just as important as the Potara else it wouldn't be mentioned. Piccolo stated Gotenks was on par with Buu. Super Buu stated that nobody surpassed him till Gohan showed up. Just saying "It cant be blah blah blah" isn't a good reason.
