When I was growing up playing all kinds of sports, but mainly soccer and hockey, all of my favorite players were men. I was the only girl on my hockey team, and yes I was the one playing goalie. Around the age of 11 or 12 I eventually focused on playing soccer because that was the sport I was primarily trained for by my brother. I started playing around the age of 4. Anyway, back to my favorite players, I could tell you some female soccer player names, but they weren't around enough for me to like them. For instance, Mia Ham became popular after the 1999 world cup. I saw her play and got her autograph, but other then that I rarely saw her on t.v I never had a female athlete to look up too because 1. they weren't aired as much and 2. they weren't in any EA video games. This to me is like WOW. It leaves me speechless. I am really happy about this. This to me is such an amazing accomplishment for female athletes everywhere. Not only does it give women the chance to strive for their goal..but Just wow...wow. I don't ever expect Fifa or Madden to add female athletes to their games. I just wanted to see at least one, and I got my wish. NHL I am going to be watching you a lot more often now. Thank you! When I was trying to make an avatar back in the day with EA, they did not have female avatars available. I was upset about that. They eventually did add them. However, they were just golfing avatars so I never made one. Now they have made me happy. I want to thank the men and women who continued to support female athletes everywhere. A man did make it and your point to that is...? I did say thank you to all the men and women who made this possible. The female athletes deserve credit for continuing to play, and the men who recognized this enough to put them in the game. Just in case you didn't read what I said. Ninjajp/Slayerslice appeal	I actually think that in the future women's sport will have as much attention as men's. The attention has kept on going up. Women's football at this Olympics was huge, as was women's boxing. Women's MMA is pretty popular, as popular as the men's among the fans of MMA I think. Men and women will look up to both genders eventually, because there are skilled competitors in both genders for all sports.

Don't apologize about it. I just felt confused as to why you would say something like that when I did say I appreciated the men for supporting the women's sports. This situation makes me completely happy. It's a step up.

Deleted User	theres only 2 females in the game from what i belive..and in nhl i think u have been able to make your player as a female for a while now. It is great that they are doing this. Buy the game i have downloaded the demo and it is so realistic to real hockey skating and shooting its insane...no wonder nhl wins sports game of the year every year and will again by a landslide

FF Favourite Manga Batman	When I heard about this I didn't think it was a big deal, and I'm a fan of the series. I wonder how strong she'll be compared to the boys. Sorry I didnt give much feedback, but I had to say something since I like this game series so much. Hopefully it works out well, I wouldn't be happy if they start adding every female player and mixing the teams with the guys, it would loose it's charm. How about adding womens teams, and even competing them against the mens teams? one day maybe

Deleted User	its the 2 women in the be a legend mode where u start from the begining of the career as an old legend player...gretzky lemeiux guys like that..the women will be able to be just as good as the male legends just depends how much u play the game
