If we assume he gets a ~25% boost (which is most likely what Prince Vegeta got, IMO), then: King Vegeta ~ 10,000 Majin KV ~ 12,500 Vegeta ~ 18,000 Prince Vegeta wins.

I don't think King Vegeta would get enough of a boost in power to be able to take down his son.

There is no way that Vegeta was around 50% Goku, considering he feels he can win the Cell Games after his 2nd rosat trip. Goku had far outstripped him with just 50% of his power before the 2nd rosat trip, so Vegeta (2nd Rosat) > / >> 50% Goku >> Vegeta (1st Rosat).
