If Cell's at the same power as Fat Buu without anything absorbed, he'd win. He's got what Buu doesn't have: Brain power. But the ability to absorb stuff would win it for Buu...buuuuttt if they were fighting on a lone plant with nobody around, Cell would win. |

Cell's has a wider range of techniques and if he gets seriously injured and recovers, he'll get a zenkai boost. If power levels are equal, Cell wins. |

Cell does have a variety of techniques he could use but Buu can copy them at the same time. I guess I have to go with Buu since Cell would tire out quicker. |

Buu. Cell tires out quicker, Buu has infinite stamina, faster regen, and doesn't lose power regen-ing. Plus he has candy beam and can manipulate his body goop. Cell's techniques really won't make up for much. Buu wins. |

The difference is, Cell gets stronger from regenerating if it's a near death experience from his saiyan cells, whereas Buu doesn't. It's a trade-off. Buu may have infinite stamina and endless regeneration but Cell can grow stronger as the fight goes on if he's hurt bad enough, even if its him hurting himself. It's sort of a race against time. Think Cell's best chance is to self destruct like he did on king kai's planet, come back and fight Buu after becoming stronger from zenkai boost. Edited by Pylons, Sep 2 2012, 08:06 PM.

Oh yes, the zenkais. Well, IF Cell can get himself up to a power that surpasses Buu by a high enough margin (he most likely would), he'd win (unless he gets candy'd, or absorbed). |

Factor of time. If you place them at the same power level, Cell would eventually win due to zenkais. Plus, I reckon Cell is smart enough to avoid most of Buu's 1HKO-type attacks. |

Does Cell really get tired from regenerating? He brought himself back from a small amount of cells left after exploding when he became SPC and he seemed completely revigorated even after having a fight with SS2 Gohan. |

Boo's regeneration is more effective than Cell's but Cell has more skills .. it's a hard one but I'll give it to Majin Boo . |

He loses lots of ki when regenerating, but only when he gets a zenkai does he get a power boost. "Normal" regeneration is essentially the same thing Piccolo does, with a little "survival help" from Frieza. It uses up ki. "Zenkai" regeneration also involves the Saiyans' ability to receive powerups after coming back from the half-dead. Since Cell regenerates, his definition of "near death" is more extreme. But when he does get near death, his regeneration is essentially the same as healing due to the cells of the Saiyans, and thus he receives a zenkai. The reason it doesn't work this way for "normal" regeneration is because that regeneration doesn't involve Saiyan cells. Piccolo: "NEEEEERD!!" Edited by Kyouks, Sep 3 2012, 12:25 AM.
