Buu has incredibly fast regen (although it's easier to destroy parts of his body), doesn't really lose energy unless he's completely outmatched and getting pummelled. Can transmute people, absorb and learn enemies techniques like cells instantly. But I don't even know what buu ur talking about and this belongs in that versus section. If Cell tries to absorb Buu then it could backfire, where Buu liquifiies and absorbs Cell instead. I doubt it would work anyway. Probably doesn't matter, Buu can still liquify to escape regardless. It doesn't really make sense for Cell to receive zenkais since he's rarely ever near death, whether he is a single core nucleus or fully regenerated. Clearly Cell did receive a zenkai toward the finale of his fight with Gohan, perhaps the nucleus itself was slightly damaged after he self-destructed? Buu could just turn Cell into candy anyway. Cell has much more skill and would most likely get far more hits in, but in the end only he would just end up tired while Buu would still be at his peak.

He still appears to possess the tail in his perfect form. I don't recall anything explicitly stating that he loses the ability to absorb, maybe I missed it?
