I would say Piccolo because he was pure evil then softened up because of Gohan. |

I wouldn't say he was "pure" evil. Kinda like brought up in a sick and twisted way. |

Roshi said the people Piccolo encountered as a kid made him the way he was. I wouldn't say evil but he was a way that he only knew to be until he became friends with Gohan. |

The splitting of the Nameless Namekian into good/evil aspects is just a metaphor for inner turmoil. Piccolo (junior) had to learn that he did not possess all the answers and that he could not dictate the fate of the world, which is why the Nameless Namekian was ill-suited to be guardian of Earth - King Piccolo was the embodiment of his Tyrannical tendencies and desire for control. The Nameless Namekian inflicted a lot more harm than good unleashing his tyrant-half upon the world rather than analyzing his issues through introspection. This is a metaphor for a destructive parent-child relationship (Guardian being the parent, Earth being the child). Funny how deep this stuff can get, but it all comes through Toriyama's psyche. I'd say , yeah, Kaioshin. At the beginning he is cocky and then he is tottaly owned by when he sees the power of the Z warriors!. |

Not really, her characterization in DBZ was based off a facet that's been part of her character since day one (her borderline psychotic passion to raising a family of her own, based on old-fashioned beliefs of heterosexual partners). Dub messed things up by making her smarter when in fact, she's just about as dumb as Goku is, among other things. Anyways, my vote goes to Gohan. Started out as a pacifist crybaby to a brave, obligated warrior. Then there's Kaioshin (cool and mysterious -----> whiny b*tch). Edited by DBZAOTA482, Sep 3 2012, 04:59 PM.
