Period. from the original. to impulse jay garrick barry allen- is now the very embodiment of the speed force since his resurrection by zoom as a favor. wally west bart allen eobard thawne- reverse flash, professor zoom jessie quick- who could also fly max mercury- who is dead johnny quick- also dead every person on this list had direct access to the speed force. They all could go up to and past light speed. sorry, but being able to control your very molecules, run faster than light, and go throught time under your OWN power? no one in dbz can touch the flash, sorry. The instant transmission is just a dumb name for teleporting. Its the only thing that can keep up, as teleporting moves you at the speed of thought. But as far as running goes? flash all day.
