From a power level lower than Paragus', to more than 11 billion.....it would have to be very high. Btw I doubt that the legendary super saiyan form multiples your power level by thousands because ssj 3 form multiples your power level by 400, so it seem illogical that the legendary super saiyan multiplier is greater than ssj 3 multiplier. Google Favourite Manga DragonBall	The LSSJ form is implied to be a succeeding form of SSJ just like SSJ 2, so the multiplier for LSSJ will have to be in tier with the SSJ 2 multiplier.

FireFox Favourite Manga Sailor Moon	I use the SEG for my multipliers so 1.99 times SSJ or 99x base. I might create a new multiplier for MSSJ or LSSJ however with MSSJ 100x base and LSSJ 150x base with SSJ2 200x base.
